Today was my first appointment at Advanced Vision. The staff is friendly and informative. The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting. They have a plethora of eye wear to choose from as well as accessories. The Doctor was friendly and funny at times. He was very informative and explained things in terms I can understand. I am double covered in insurance and they determined which way would benefit me the most and cost me less.

This place was better off when Dr. Carter was here. The front staff are a bunch of morons who have no clue what they’re doing. They like to hesitantly make you an appointment, cancel it without calling you then wait til you get there to say «we called you and left a message to reschedule» Bitch no you didn’t! This isn’t the first time they’ve done this to me.
I would not recommend this place. I feel bad because the Dr. Is nice and good with children but his staff are idiots!
Check out Medical Eye Center instead.
