I’m sorry, but coming from New York, these bagels are just not very good. I ordered an egg and cheese on an everything, and the bagel was very dry– the bagels are too fluffy and not light & crunchy as they ought to be (in my opinion). Although I didn’t care for the bagel, the coffee was quite good.

Ordered bagels to send with my daughter for a retreat, and asked for the bagels to be sliced, as where the girls will be going, there are no sharp knives. Their response? «Sure, but it’ll be $ 1 extra per bagel to be sliced.» What?!
I don’t know if it was an employee being lazy and not caring about customer service/​customer experience, or a true policy by management who doesn’t care about customer service/​customer experience. Either way, it left a really bad impression.

Hi everyone the blue moon café is really good the people their give out samples and the usually have 4 different type of samples on 1 plate. The thing is is the blue moon café closes around 2:00 so you should try to get their early make sure to check out the tip for the blue moon café bye

Very very delicious food! Have not been disappointed! The two young girls who work there, Val, and Ami are both fantastic employees! The food is always fresh and the studies are always great! Thank you for having such a prosperous establishment and I can’t wait to return in the future!

Bagels are really good, but muffins a bit oily. The cupcakes and pastries are awful… avoid everything in the pastry cooler. Either the items are dated or the cooler dries them out. Also, as mentioned by others, the ownership lacks basic customer service skills. I was asked several times if I could stop using my credit card because they must pay a fee… really? Isn’t that a cost of doing business? How about customer convenience? Really unprofessional. Have seen customers given a hard time for holding Starbucks cups (new in Medfield) at checkout when buying baked goods. Must have been a common «problem» because a sign was posted on the door asking customers to refrain from bringing products from competitors into the establishment. Ownership should respond more constructively to the new competition in town… work on customer service, check your ego and adjust your high prices.

Probably the best café in the area. Almost every time I’m around I go at least once. I love love love their paninis. In particular, I get the Veggie Cubano on an asaigo bagel. Heaven
I also really enjoy their salads. Simple, not overstated, and delicious with the add-​ons. I got the garden salad with nuts and dried fruit, plus the tuna salad. I had forgotten what good tuna salad tastes like until I had theirs. As a primary city dweller, I was taken aback. A+
Try their treats, too! I had their almond paste chocolate chip cookie which was fantastic (also made with egg whites). Noticed they had a gluten free cookie for all you gluten free fiends

One of my favorite local coffee places. The coffee is delicious and flavor shots are plentiful. Furthermore, the pastries and bagel sandwiches are out of this world. Don’t sleep on this place, I’d go there every day if I could.

This is a great weekend spot. The coffee and bake goods are awesome and the hot dog in a Challal roll elevates the simple hot dog.
As good as the food is the location and outdoor seating make this the place top notch. Grab a coffee with fido or make it a destination as part of a long bike trek. You can sit with your bike or fido and enjoy good food and people watching.

Nice bakery with a friendly staff. Arrived after the lunch crowd but the place was still steadily busy. Popped in for a sweet treat and wasn’t disappointed. Their almond crossaints are wonderful. Also tried the Nutella brownie… yum! It’s very dense and rich… you’ll need a to-​go box for this one! Moccachino was good as well. Will definately be back!

Because my only negative about Blue Moon was their lack of chocolate milk, I felt it appropriate to update my review based on the change. Ironic enough, I went to Blue Moon about a week ago, and saw chocolate milk in the fridge. To say I was excited is an understatement. Then the ironic part is, later that day I got a very thoughtful message from the manager, Jim, explaining that they DO have chocolate milk, and where to find it. He also explained why they don’t use Nestle (which I appreciate).
Great job on the chocolate milk Blue Moon. It is creamy, delicious, slightly healthy, and exactly what I crave when I eat my bagel. Thank you so much to the management for taking the time to respond and consider my Unilocal Review. I think it says a lot when management values customer service.
