I reached out to the TV Shop to repair my rear projection LCD TV. Based on my initial search online, i thought the light engine died. I exchanged several emails with Art discussing what it may cost for the repairs (and he was more than fair) but Art was able to fix my problem without showing up! I had a loose component cable that was screwing up the color. So, at the end of the day Art went above and beyond what i could have asked for and i will be reaching out to him shortly to look at an old record player i need fixed.
