Matrazzo Florist

My husband’s family has always done business with Matrazzo Florist, So when his mother passed away I thought only fitting to use them. There were many arrangements from Matrazzo that were beautiful but our arrangement was absolutely horrible. It was supposed to be all white with roses, gladiolus among others. The roses were wilted and had water spots the gladiolus were closed and looked like a green stem and other flowers in the arrangement had broken stems. The arrangement was also very sparse, the ribbon that said Mom was small set to the side and hardly noticeable. It was the worse arrangement there and it was very upsetting to my husband and myself When I phoned to complain I spoke to a very dispassionate man who only had excuse after excuse and then said for the money I spent that the count of flowers were correct (not many were open and they all ready were wilted) That was just adding insult to injury. I have dealt with other florist shops in the past and never was treated so cold hearted
