Do not do any business with this place, they also go by fireplace innovations. I had purchased a pellet stove from these people about 3 years ago. The install took about a month and I had a hole in my wall for that entire time too. Fast forward to the last year, I was using a company that seemed to know what they were doing and turned out the wrong piping was installed originally and wasn’t even up to code because it didn’t have proper clearance. Now the clearance is fixed from a different and respected company as well as new correct pipe. Be very careful with the log Doctor, fireplace innovations, or the owner Mike. Nobody will fix his work because it’s so badly messed up.

Do not do business with this company. The staff is very rude and the technicians have no idea what they are doing. I ordered a fireplace insert and was told it would be installed on a Tuesday. I took the day off from work for the appointment and they didn’t even show up. I called and they told me that I was actually scheduled for Friday. They didn’t even bother to let me know my appointment had changed. On the following Friday, the technician showed up and after 10 minutes said that the unit would not fit and that they could «sell» me a free standing unit instead. This sounded allot like «bait and switch». I immediately told him no and to cancel my order. They has been the worst company I have ever dealt with in terms or customer satisfaction and working knowledge of the products they sell. I wish this site would allow a «zero» rating, however one star is my only option. Buyer beware!!!
