Laura D’s Hair & Day Spa

I was with my sister when she called Laura D’s to make a hair appointment. She wanted to get a haircut and color done. After calling and making the appointment with the salon, they called back and said that they wouldn’t have enough time to fit her in that day. So my sister said that’s fine I can schedule some other time and they REFUSED to provide their service. They said instead, she should go elsewhere because my sister had a past complaint when in reality, she had ONE complaint in which they did not do what was asked. So obviously she had to call them back and make another appointment to get her hair fixed. When it was fixed, she was completely happy and went back for a follow-​up appointment. Anyways, what I’m trying to say is that they were extremely rude for refusing service and they displayed poor customer service towards my sister. Do not recommend.

There are a bunch of stylists here and you can review all of their profiles on the website (
) before you go. Some of the stylists have hours in the evenings and weekends. The building is really neat looking, kind of like a maze. Everyone was very sweet there and I was happy with my cut and color. The prices are right in line with what I would expect. This is a neighborhood type salon where there are mostly repeat customers and everyone knows eachother and catches up while there. It was a very enjoyable experience all in all and I will definitely be going back.
