HORRIBLE SERVICE. Lady wanted to argue with my mother, manager was rude also. They really don’t want your service. My mother needed help with a scanner but instead she wanted to point out how my mother was wrong instead of fixing it. Do not go here

Always a great experience at Mechanicsville BJs. It’s almost like a large grocery store. The warehouse feel of other bulk membership stores isn’t the same at BJs. Great meat dept keeps me coming back. Self check-​out and accepting manufacturers coupons and having monthly BJs coupon booklets mailed to members. All of that and good customer service puts them at the top of the list over any other bulk stores.
