I gave them 2 stars because they DID fix my dryer, had the part on-​hand and it only took 20 minutes. Everything else was negative.
They had to schedule their tech five days out. They gave me a five hour window in which he would arrive. They didn’t tell me about the min. $ 49 fee to show up (2 miles from their office). On top of the fee to come out, they charge a one hour min. of $ 57 for any amount of time working and charged about 5 times the cost of the part. It was $ 57 for a $ 12 dryer belt repair kit I found online. All told, I got a $ 163 bill for a $ 12 part that it took 20 minutes to drive out and install.
Now I know how to fix the same problem, should it happen again five years from now, but hopefully this review saves someone from getting a big surprise when they call Wolfgang.
