Good news! You probably won’t get food poisoning here– the food is so over cooked there is no chance of bacteria in it! Total rubber food factory! The employees aren’t very bright– good example of why fast food workers don’t deserve $ 15 an hour and are getting replaced by kiosks; my fifth grader is smarter than these folks and she can use a microwave better too.

Yet again, worst service EVER. There’s is nothing fast about fast food when it comes to this place. Be prepared to wait to give your order then wait again for your food. UN-freaking-believable.

This McDonald’s is a 1000 times better than the one on Trindle in terms of getting orders right. I had no problems with anything except that the young girl who took my order could’ve been a lot friendlier.

SORRY I EVEN have to bring this up, because I know it’s only McDonald’s we’re talking about… but not all fast food shops are the same. The term«customer service» should be reserved for establishments that know the value of a customer and the definition of service. This McDonald’s knows neither. This is the McDonald’s on Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg, PA, near Quizno’s, Dunkin Donuts, TGIFriday’s and Hooters. So, it was only a $ 1 ice cream cone, but they couldn’t even get that right. The cone was so small, and, when I questioned the manager about its itty-bitty size, he said, «I’m not going to give you something you didn’t pay for.» This was lame service and serving size, even for a McDonald’s, so you know it has to be bad. If you are in the area, grab something elsewhere. I was so disgusted, I told them to keep the cone and I asked for a refund.
