I dropped in here to get my eyebrows waxed today and didn’t really have a good experience. I felt that the lady rushed through my waxing and didn’t even take time to clean up after her original wax strip. I left with bleeding eyebrows and the need to go somewhere else to have them cleaned up. I used to love going here when I was younger, but think I’ve gone for the last time. I’m hoping I just caught someone on an off day!

The staff is great, greets you immediately. It was not busy when i arrived for a shampoo cut and style with maybe one stylist working while several waited. However the salon is in need of a thorough cleaning. Stylist stations including unmanned stations, mirrors, styling tools are very dusty with accumulations of hair clippings. Comb sanitizers have crud on the bottom. Walls are stained in places. Floors have spill marks and a fine layer of hair everywhere. The towels need replacing– the one used on me was badly frayed and stained then tossed on the station counter for me to look at during my cut.
