I already don’t have high expectations for this place but when a breakfast sandwich I order is completely inedible, that’s an issue. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. The bagel was honestly like rubber. I bit in and couldn’t even tear it. I came here a couple months earlier and had the same issue and thought it was maybe just a one time thing. I doubt that I’ll be buying breakfast sandwiches from here again and honestly the coffee isn’t even worth it either. Unfortunate that this was my early morning experience.

when the new owners took over a few years ago everything went down hill at this Dunkin Donuts. They don’t acknowledge specials, they charge more than other Dunkins for the same products and are rude to boot. Too bad they don’t have any competition in the area. They would be out of business in no time.

Average at best. Had a bagel that could be used as a doorstop it was so stale. Only stop by now for a quick coffee in the morning.

They have no idea how to make a cappuccino. They always give me a latte instead. I will not go back here.

I have been coming here for the past 7 – 8 years. Sure the lines are long in the morning, but there must be a reason for that. Over the years, they got my order (food) missed maybe 2 – 3 times. That’s not bad considering I go here five times a week. And, they’ve always made it up to me if there is a mistake. Best DD I’ve visited! Friendly staff and like Norm at Cheers, they know my name and order!
