This shop is fantastic. Jim and his crew always put customers first and make sure everything is done at the top level, finally a shop that stands behind their work. Had them put on my exhaust and they got the job done quickly and precise for a fair price. I will be back.

Let me start by saying I am back here because a part failed. I set up an appointment and am waiting till the repair is done. They are currently «busy» so I have been here for over an hour, still haven’t had my jeep pulled into the garage. They want to charge 80 an hour for diagnostic to see if the part is actually bad or if it is something else. They have been rude and demeaning to me as their customer. Might I add, I am automotive savvy, I just do not have a tool to syncroize the cam shaft syncronizer. Therefore no reason to talk down to me.
Now on to the lobby. It is 85 degrees out today, they have decided air condition is not required in their customer waiting room. I asked «is the AC broke, it is hot as blue blazes in here.» The manager states, «No we just aren’t running the AC today.» So you would think he would cut it on because his customer is unhappy. NOPE!!!
