This is a fairly small dog park but my dog still enjoys himself. There are way less dogs to play with than at Pawm Springs in Sugar Land. My dog loves to romp through the bushes which they don’t have at other parks. There isn’t a water station so dogs will drink out of the dirty pond. which always makes my pooch sick for a day. Overall it’s not bad. A lot of pet owners do not pick up after their dogs but there’s not an overwhelming amount of messes everywhere.

***There is a wash station*** Nice, understated park. It’s almost too nice to be a dog park. Honestly, the only reason it’s –1 star is the size. It was surprisingly impressive for what it is. We weren’t expecting much and expected to be leaving disappointed but it was a lovely trip given that it’s less than 10 mins away from the house. There is a small pond and the layout/landscaping is well thought out. We plan to visit more often!

Eh. This place has gone way down hill. Nobody has came by to service it for quite some time it looks like. The water in the ponds are almost none existant, over grown with alge so it smells pretty bad. Nobody ever really comes to this park, which is a shame because it’s in the neighborhood and I hate driving far. I think it has potential. But it either needs more advertisement or needs something else to pazzaz the inside of the park a little more. Though I like the concept.

This dog park is very compact, so I wonder how it would be on a busy day. My corgi mix puppy had fun walking over the rocky bridge! There is some unused land to the right of the park, so I don’t know why that was left out of the planning. If you have the time, drive down to the Sugar Land Memorial Dog Park on University Blvd instead.
