This quaint little store is across the road from the entry to the PG&E Haskins Valley campground /public access boat launch for Bucks Lake. It is very well stocked with everything you may need or have forgotten for the camping/fishing trip, food, equipment, ice & a freezer with ice cream treats! It was the first time I’ve ever enjoyed an ice cream sandwich while camping — mmm. Very friendly family owned business. No cell service up here, they have one of the few public coin phones around. Debbie was telling us about the monster snow they had this winter, the road is not plowed here. Haven’t stayed @ the b&b but my cousin enjoyed their stay there last year. Beautiful country here.
