What a fantastic find. Very clean family owned café. Very reasonably priced. Home made food.
I had a gyro. Which was the best i have ever had. Not greasy with a cup of home made vegetable beef soup for less than 8 dollars. The 4 of us ate for under 45 dollars with our beverage.

While driving around we stopped at G & L Café in Mead Nebraska. We had the specials which were grilled ham & cheese with a huge bowl of the best veggie soup I ever had. We also had the chicken fried chicken which was also the best I’ve ever had. Going to come back here as often as I can. Loved it. Warm pecan pie also Yum
