DONOTBUYANYTHINGFROMTHISCOMPANY. I wish I had checked out Unilocal before spending $ 79.99 with these scam artists. Like the other Unilocalers I received a box of sticks. Out of the 6 trees I ordered only 1 ½ of them had any signs of life. The others were dead on arrival, and so were all those«free» plants they tease you with. Don’t buy into the«dormant plants» thing. This is just their way to make you not be completely disgusted with the product you receive. When they are still 100% dead several months later they know not many people will bother following up. And if you do decide to take them up on their replacement«guarantee» the phone line is ALWAYS busy and your emails will be ignored. Do yourself a favor and learn from our mistakes. Buy healthy, established plants and support your local nurseries. Don’t waste your money with online companies like these. Yes, it’s much cheaper, but you won’t feel that way when you realize what you’ve received for your money is essentially kindling.

I ordered a variety of plants from Summerstone. I ordered them in March and in May I still hadn’t received them so I ordered from Gurneys. 2 days after I planted Gurneys, Summerstone’s showed up(Summerstone needs to pay attention to their email) The Plants I received from Summerstone were 10 times the quality I received from Gurneys. The plants from Gurneys were dry, packed dry and leafless. The plants I received from Summerstone were moist, packed in wet paper towels and leaved out, I couldn’t believe the quality difference. the mortality rate of Guneys was extremely high, whereas I don’t believe a single plant from Summerstone died. The only problem I had with Summerstone is they do not respond to their customers email. If Summerstone reads this they need to send everyone plants like they sent me and they need to improve their customer relations, and they will be the most popular nursery out there.
