Ray Auto Service

Coming from a family of mechanics I was skeptical to take my vehicle anywhere for repair but I was very impressed by the service I received here. I stopped at one other place here in Mac and got turned away because they needed «a weeks notice» …because apparently you know a week before your vehicle is going to break down??? The guys at Rays treated me with respect and had my clutch repaired quickly and at a fair price. I’ll be coming here for any further repairs. Thanks guys!

This is the only place we have ever taken our 2003 Ford Focus to get serviced and it has outdone itself in terms of reliability. We have had to put very little money into it specifically because Ron is always very honest and realistic about what needs to be done.
We were reminded of this recently when another mechanic came up with $ 800 worth of stuff to fix during a routine oil change. We took the car to Ron to have the repairs made and he discovered there recommendations were not only unnecessary but they missed the big problem altogether. We were able to get our car diagnosed, fixed and back on the road all in one day thanks to Ron. We have lived in Tigard for the last 4 years but still make the trek to Mac to have Ron work on the car because we actually trust him.
