Pizza Hut

Sadly I wish it was possible to not even give this place one star. Because we love their wings and stuffed crust we have given this place so many chances only to be so disappointed in the DESPICABLE customer service and complete lack of concern for it. We often order for delivery on Sunday’s and had 3 different occasions when we ordered only to have the pizza arrive 30 mins past delivery time, delivered by a man who was so obviously loaded on drugs he can’t hold still. After these disappointments, we order on a Tuesday evening only to wait 70 min to have our pizza never delivered. after 2 calls to the store and being given responses like «if he shows up» and «really? We have no idea where he is.» Tonight was the last straw. we learned our lesson with delivery so we ordered carry out. I was estimated to have it at 6:29pm. However, when we arrived it wasn’t ready. we waited patiently for an additional 30 min only to have someone finally acknowledge us and pull our stuff out of a heating oven. this is so unacceptable… every employee looks like they are loaded on drugs and they simply don’t care about their guests at all. terrible service, employees, and management. thanks but no thanks Pizza Hut. your staff is an absolute joke!

I would give negative 0 stars but sadly I can’t. This place is horrifying, terrible, nasty, gross, slackers, liars, and are going to run out of business faster and faster so this is what happened…
My friend ordered pizza… They said it would take 30 minutes. While they waited and waited. They were all so hungry. The kids were hungry she was hungry everyone was hungry. After 30 minutes they waited a little longer. It took about an 1 30 minutes and pizza was still not seen. So they decided to call… And they said they would give them a discount once the delivery man was there well that didn’t happen because he refused … After he came with cold as pizza after 2 hours!!! While everyone was already asleep!
Fuck this place !!!

I wish I could leave zero stars for this Pizza Hut.
We order online and was told our pizza would take 45 mins. to deliver. Twenty minutes after it was supposed to be delivered, we called to find out where our pizza was and was blown off and told it was with the driver. So we wait an hour and call again to cancel the order because I am not feeding children pizza that has been sitting in the car for over an hour. While on the phone the driver finally arrived with pizzas with that where cold as ice
We declined the pizza in a stern but polite voice. The driver did not understand this felt offended and would not leave. She then gave the pizzas to the neighbor who gave them back to us. We threw them out and the driver was sitting on the corner of our street with her headlights off and then peeled out of the street after she saw we threw it all out. THAT IS SOME SCARY BUSINESS.
DO NOT ORDER HEAR. You will not get your food safely and you will have to deal with stalker drivers.
I will be keeping a close watch on my credit card account.

I wish I had read the previous reviews before I ordered. Placed my carry out order at 6:20 and was told it would be done at 6:43. I asked repeatedly when it would be finished and the girl kept telling me they were cutting my pizza. At 7:15 I requested a refund. I was given a refund very reluctantly. As I was leaving she give me the pizza to take anyway. I get home, and everything in the box is cold and it’s not even all there. I would NEVER go back here again.

1^st visit since moving here. Wanted to order carry out. Were NOT greeted by anyone at counter had to look around for a menu. For about the same amount of pizza you get from DOMINOE’S we paid $ 10 more.
Wait time? 20 – 25 minutes. ACTUAL WAIT TIME? 35 MINUTES!
Needless to say I will not be visiting this Pizza Hut again.

If you specifically want Pizza Hut, like I sometimes feel the need for, then by all means, go for it.
Here’s what you need to know:
Just because it looks empty does not mean you will be taken care of quickly.
Expect your meal to take an hour, if not longer. (So, don’t be in a mad rush to get anywhere because it won’t happen.)
The employees are polite but don’t appear to actually enjoy their job, or people.
The salad bar is lacking in options and quality.
When you are ready to leave, go pay at the counter instead of waiting for them to bring your check. Same thing if you need a box.
If you have time, the lunch menu is a good value at $ 6.50. I enjoy the personal pan pizzas so it works for me. But I go there with a book and enjoy the wait. Except when there are several loud obnoxious children there…
I like Pizza Hut’s pizza but this place makes it really difficult to visit. I have yet to try the pick-​up or delivery but don’t expect it to be any better.

A subpar Pizza Hut. It’s obviously a chain restaurant but the salad bar is small and the dining room could use an update. The pizza is of decent quality but extremely greasy and ingredients could be improved.
Worst thing about this location though is the fact that when you order over the phone, you talk to a call center and not the store. So sometimes they will quote a time and it is not ready in time because the store was busy and the call center didn’t know that. Having to wait longer than quoted happens way too often here.
