Mama Donna’s Fresh The Food Truck

I am honored to be the first to review Mama Donna’s Food Truck! I had been hearing some good things about her cooking and was excited to finally get to try it. I ordered her bacon cheeseburger and my buddies ordered the Cuban Sandwich and burgers as well. First off let me say that you get great quality and a fair price. Portions are a little bit smaller than I would like but the taste and freshness more than made up for it. I also ordered her onion rings… um yeah they were insane! Beer battered and fried to a crispness and you dip into her fry sauce and your mouth will explode with flavor. Here Cuban inspired entrees to include various rice bowls are spot on with tradition, and as one of my buddies said the best sandwich he has ever eaten. Believe me this guy puts away food like a sumo wrestler to a buffet. He knows his food! I hope she stays around here and continues as I will be back for more and am glad something different is here in town compared to the same old boring places we eat at in MAC! Bravo Mama!
