Idk what it but it seems like oregon gas really bad people skills they are all rude! This penny’s was pretty small had a very small selection in clothing and everything was marked down but then again everything was pretty ugly.
I bought a 7 dollar shirt just cuz i dodnt bring much clothes with me and i would like something to wear incase i get hot wearing my raiders sweatshirt that every one seems to stare at. I get looked at like of im from a different world lol geez louis!!! Koo lil store but not much to select and service was pretty boo boo.

The most adorable miniature JC Penney. It has a reduced version of each department. It seemed to me that they had their staple brands and items, which was nice. I didn’t have to wade through the low quality poop to get to the good stuff. It doesn’t take long for a line to build up at the register, but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing (shows they’re doing something right if enough people shop there to create a line).

This is a typical JC Penny, but probably a little smaller than one found near a larger city. The selection is good for a store of its size. The store is conveniently located in McMinnville, not too far from down town. We stopped here for just a quick item we forgot to pack on our visit, but it is still a good place to visit if you are in the mood for shopping.
