If I could give them zero stars I would. My A/​C went out while I was on vacation in California. Because they were open on Saturdays (when my son called to say the A/​C was out) I gave them a call in the morning to see if they could get someone out to diagnose the problem. They said they could get someone out that afternoon. Long story short, my son waited the entire day and finally called them back at 5 pm. He was promptly told that they did not recall the request for service. Meanwhile, my house got up to 90 degrees making it inhabitable for my dog. I will never do business with these people again. Nor will they ever receive a recommendation from me.
