Our experience wasn’t totally bad, but it wasn’t stellar. I’ll start with the good: The store has a wide variety of toys for a wide age range, plus costumes and children’s books. The staff was helpful in that they checked on us to make sure we found everything we needed. Where I took issue was with the gift-wrapping, which you pay for. I don’t mind paying for gift-wrapping — it’s a service, and wrapping paper isn’t cheap. But, if you charge for gift wrap, please do a good job wrapping the items. My friend purchased three books and a magic microphone and her items were wrapped all together in the same sloppy, wrinkly«wrapping paper sack.» The woman basically made a bag out of wrapping paper. Maybe the store should consider using gift bags and tissue paper instead of gift wrap? I would’ve been embarrassed to hand over the gifts wrapped the way they were, so I rewrapped them for my friend.
