This is my second time to hire them. Last year they moved my Baldwin grand piano with a very good rate and quick action from the previous owner to my townhouse. This time, they moved my grand piano and upright piano from townhouse to single house. I have compared with 3 companies and they are still the best rate. They moved my pianos within 1 hour and 15 minutes with professional protection and moving. How efficient! Of course, both houses are ground level. I will recommend them to my friends and students.

I don’t know why anyone else had a –problem– with Apollo movers. We had a LARGETHOUSAND + pound item deliverd to our home & they had it in my basement, installed & placed exactly where I wanted in less than 10 minutes. *FLAWLESS* Well done Jake & crew :-)

I’ve never encountered a more unprofessional business. ever. They were supposed to deliver my piano almost three weeks ago. They never showed up and they have yet to call me back. I’ve called and left multiple voicemail messages and I’ve also sent multiple emails. They still have my piano and they refuse to return any of my messages. I’m at the point now where I may have to contact a lawyer in order to get my piano back. Don’t ever, ever use this company unless you don’t want your piano returned back to you. Like I said, I’ve never encountered this kind of treatment from a business. If you look them up with the Better Business Bureau, they have received an «F» rating. I’m in the process now of filing a formal complaint with the Bureau.

I’ve used Apollo three times now. They were great when I bought my piano, so I’ve continued to use them. I was so nervous about moving the piano into my third floor walk up apartment(with tight staircase), but they got it up the steps in no time and with no scratches. I highly recommend them.

Apollo moved our piano twice. Once from the store to our ground level, and once from our ground level to our basement, which was a particularly difficult move. We own a 7 ft Yamaha Grand, and the stairwell to our basement was concrete with a 90 degree turn into the doorway. They flipped the piano upwards so the keys were facing down, and managed to get it in without a nick or scratch on the piano(or the movers). We would trust them with our piano again… although, they did charge a LOT of money for the move(IMO). However, if you want it done right…

No stars for this one! Very responsive to pick up piano. They charge $ 145 for pick up. Delivery fees are how they make their money. They were touted to me as a «piano selling» company as well. WRONG! Once they have your piano, they try to sell to a wholesaler for very little $$$. It is insulting. Very slow follow up after that. DONOTUSETHESEPEOPLEIFYOUWANTTOSELL A PIANO! Probably ok to move a piano, but other reputable movers can move a piano.

They were really friendly and accommodating on the phone. They even confirmed the day before. The day of the move they were no call no show. Called them and went right to voicemail. No call back. Very unprofessional. Use Potter piano instead.
