Please teach your staff and manager coupon policies! I just left and was told a coupon that says limit one per purchase means you can’t use more than one coupon in a transaction even if you are PURCHASING more than 1 of the item. SMH. I showed him where several of the coupons I was using for other items say the same thing and ring up just fine but of course he still didn’t get it.
This is one of many times I’ve had issues with this location. I won’t be back until their customer service improves.

This pharmacy is SO SO SO SLOW! The Pharm Tech, Wyatt, is bad luck for me. EVERY single time I’m here, he has so many issues that he cannot figure out on his own. I end up spending an hour here while he figures it out. You know what you need to also figure out Wyatt? This isn’t the job for you.
Might be time to try out CVS…

called the pharmacy and was on hold for 15 minutes. every time the phone would start to ring again, they would put it back on hold. didn’t talk to anyone because they were too busy to answer the phone… horrible customer service… I’m not shopping at this Walgreen’s anymore.

Poor customer service! I call to check and see if my mother had left her sunglasses there and they answer the phone with no greeting! I guess not every business has a greeting when customers call!

The pharmacy is slow and usually understaffed. Even when they have plenty of staff they’re slow. The African American pharmacist is not helpful at all. I was trying to ask her questions and she just rushed through it. There used to be an older lady who worked there later at night and she was the absolute best! I never knew her name but she always knew mine and helped me with anything I needed. I do like that they’re open 24hrs though.

This is MY Walgreen’s. Yes, I’m that dork, the one who when driving by with anyone visiting me, points out This store and actually says those words. I’ve been shopping here for 8 years, since the doors opened in this location.
We all know already that the prices on items here are reasonable ~ that being said, I often buy things here that I know I can actually find cheaper elsewhere, just because of the People who work here! From the Manager to the Pharmacy Techs (hi Ben!) to the folks in Photo (Taco Duuuuude aka Chris) to the front registers (Chris!) and every single square inch and Person in between… they have all, always, made me feel Welcome, made me feel like NORM (from Cheers, for you young’uns who don’t get the reference).

Two redbox machines, and neither of them had the movie I wanted in stock. At least they were both working. The one at the store across the street had the movie but the touchscreen was broken. Store itself is about the same as any other Walgreens. No real reason to buy anything here when there are grocery stores with better prices in front of anf behind it.

This is my go to Walgreens for Medicine and other miscellaneous items. I just wish they wouldn’t overwork their poor pharmacist. Management must be really there, that they can’t think to have more people on staff aiding the pharmacist. She tries her best to multitask, with all of her department, just cut her a break please, and don’t be rude to her.
