If I could give these folks negative 5 stars I would.
Bad customer experience, rude office workers.
None of them care and they blame each other for their mistakes.
Went to three of their offices and got the same crappy treatment.
DO NOT GO HERE.
Find another doctor.

Dr Morgan and Mark my PT are great! Always willing to listen and not jump to conclusions. Had clavical surgery and how taking care of my shoulder from an accident. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr Morgan is superb. Takes the time to understand the problem and not just the symptom.

The poor experience started with calling the clinic to make an appointment. After repeatedly getting a busy signal, I called an alternate number. The woman was friendly and advised that I arrive 30 min prior to the 3:30 appointment if I had not filled out the emailed paperwork in advance, however, 15 min would be sufficient if the paperwork was completed in advance. The building has TERRIBLE signage and it is impossible to know if you’re at the correct address, let alone the correct suite unless you physically walk through each building. Thankfully I gave myself plenty of time and arrived at 3:15. The waiting room was full of patients waiting to be seen by Dr. Rodgers and there was a line to simply check in. As I was waiting, a receptionist called out to the waiting room, «the Dr. is running 45 minutes behind so if any of you would like to reschedule, please see me.» Well, I had tried very hard to find a place who could see my son for his broken thumb on my day off work so I was happy to wait. I was called up to the front in order to turn in the paperwork (or so I thought), but I was informed that my appointment was in fact at 3:00 and that I would need to reschedule… WHAT??? When I make appointments I always have a notepad out. My notes clearly state 3:15 check-​in with a 3:30 appt time. NOWHERE does it state 2:45 or 3:00! The receptionist said, «I don’t know who scheduled your appointment. I’m sorry, but we’ll have to reschedule.» Um, no thank you.

I highly recommend Dr. Burg at Orthotexas in allen. My roommate being struggling with Sciatica for the past year and a half. Dr. Burg is straight forward and took care of him like no other! Thank you

I did not have a good experience here. The doctor was an hour late getting me in, his medical assistant was an intern who seemed confused over basic procedures. Once the doctor did come in, he talked at me, not to me. The assistant who put my sling on gave me the wrong size! I ended up having to make another appointment with someone else bc I did not trust his opinion. Bad experience all around!!!’
