Kohl’s

This store is awful. The clothes are always thrown all over the floor, the associates are rude, and the associates constantly tell you wrong information. I was using the in store kiosk to order pants for my husband and they told me you can’t use coupons or kohls cash and you don’t earn rewards from those purchases unless you use a Kohls charge. Turns out I found a place to put in a coupon code and a few days later I earned rewards on the purchase even though I don’t have a Kohls charge! Anytime you need help they act like you are a nuisance and I’m done. I won’t shop here anymore. I’ll try another Kohls or just stop shopping here all together. It’s not worth the headache you will end up with!

I love kohl’s. They mark down the clothes to cheap clearance. I love kohl’s bucks. This store is clean and the staff is always helpful.

I am with another reviewer… who doesn’t love Kohl’s. They pay you to shop, practically. This Kohl’s has some very knowledgable associates that help you save even more. There are a couple of associates that are a bit grouchy, but overall it is a good store.
The great thing about this store is that you have a wide variety of interesting departments. My intention was to buy a new pair of hiking boots for my son, but I was surprised by their outerwear, bath supplies and hiking gear. What a good store.

I’ve been shopping at this particular KOHLS for years & their prices, inventory, & customer service is pretty great. They even will take Kohls Cash after it expires & offer you a discount if you sign up for their store card. Returns are easy too & they’re in a good location right of hiway 75.

My mom and I came to this store to try to get our wedding registry complete since we have had two bad experiences at Kohls. We met with Theresa (her tag said Frisco, TX — Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager) she was a huge help in our wedding registries. First couple of times we marked a few things and downloaded them to the schedule to make sure the scanner worked. They did. At the time, I had two registries and one was blank the other one had items we picked online. We had to go through tech support/​customer service on the phone and tell them what registry we wanted deleted.
Ten minutes later it showed that our registry was deleted and we finished scanning our items. We brought it back to Theresa and she downloaded them. We double checked they were on the system by using our registry number and it said «no registries available». Apparently when searching by my name, the old one that had no items in it that was told was deleted was available, and the one we registered everything under was completely gone. After 20 minutes of tech support/​customer service we had to create another «new» registry and scan again everything from start. It finally worked. We asked if this is what other people go through on registries and they said no.
I would give Theresa five stars, because not once did she give up on us. She has been the only Store Manager to help us with our 2 other horrible experiences at Kohls. I would give 1 star for the horrible difficulties we had in scanning. However, averaging them out it was 3 stars.

With regards to clothing, I am still trying to figure out how Kohl’s doesn’t get blasted like JCP did for fake sales. Seriously, every item is listed in their little digital price box as being on sale. Just admit that those are your prices. As for this location, there was a decent selection of actual marked down items (of season and odd size) which is really what I came in looking for (long sleeve pullovers in the summer are hard to find) and left with a few.

I just came here to pick up some Christmas gifts and even though there was a long line the cashiers were all smiling and moved people through quickly! During the holiday season good service and fast assistance go really far in making my shopping decisions the rest of the year. You can bet I’ve added Kohl’s to that list!
The store was also surprisingly clean and well picked-​up even though there were probably a hundred people inside shopping, that always speaks well of a retail store!

I love this Kohl’s. Best customer service from the cashiers. They are always very friendly and make the checkout and/​or returns experience very smooth and drama free. Love them!
The selection of items are excellent. Also, I can always find good deals on the clearance racks in combination with the mailer coupons, rewards incentives, Kohl’s card discounts, etc.

The rudest people work here. The price may be good but the people who work here are really rude.

I love Kohl’s. This is the place to go for any kind of bedding. There is always some sort of sale going on and I have even gotten 60% before on a killer blanket. Nice sheets with a high thread count but completely affordable. I’ve about decided that the price tags written on the merchandise are probably never actually charged.
The same goes for shoes too. Decent selection, good quality, outstanding prices. The shoes on clearance are brutal. This is the only place I have actually found pairs that I LOVED on a super sale but inevitably there’s only one pair and it’s hit or miss if they’ll be my size. But that is the way of clearance. I’ve managed to do well with the regular sales though.
I like the Croft & Barrow clothes they sell here. They lend themselves well to business casual. Their leisure clothes are a little too young for me. Daisy Fuentes is the conservative brand.
