Heather’s Squeaky Clean House Cleaning

I ordered the Groupon back in June, I guess it was. I confirmed an appointment and they never showed up. I called several times and they never returned my call. No one ever picked up the «business» number if you called it.
Do NOT use this business!

I have never given any business 1 star, but I made a huge mistake buying a 6 X cleaning pass with them through Groupon. If you call the # to make an appointment with them, there is no business name even mentioned. It is like you are calling a random person, and not a legit business.
They came out once with a 2 person team. While the ladies were nice, they left early. They also redeemed my groupon after ONE cleaning (still had 5 left), so it seems as if I already used it. Their website is now completely down as well. I called to make another appointment and no one ever returned my call. Groupon had to contact them on my behalf, and they said they had a family emergency and would call me later. Well, I am still waiting for that call!
I hope I have not been taken for a ride. I wish I had hired another local cleaning service. Even if they didn’t speak English, I think it would be better than this situation I am in now.
