Angelique is an excellent stylist. I didn’t know how I wanted my hair cut, just that I wanted it «short». She suggested a few styles and I walked out happy. My wife was impressed as well.
Angelique is a talkative or as quiet as you feel, she’s very accomodating. She’ll even trim your eyebrows, that scored major points with the wife.
She’s reasonably priced, friendly, and takes her time. If you’re in the north dallas area, she’s worth the short drive to McKinney!
It’s crazy that all of the positive reviews get filtered and she’s stuck with a 2-​Star Rating… come on Unilocal, you’re better than that!

I purchased a voucher from this UrbanDealight (like Groupon) and tried multiple times to get in touch to make an appointment. I did not get return calls other than once and I was at work so was unable to speak with her in depth. I called her back twice and never got a response until just now and she called me and shouted at me telling me I can go ahead and call UrbanDealight for a refund and that she was «unable to understand my voicemails». Let me make it clear that I was born and raised in Texas not a foreign company, so my English is quite clear!
RUDE! Will never think about doing business with this place!

Definitely not a 5-​star service the owner claims. My fault that I missed an appointment. 2 weeks ago, something came up at work. I called to reschedule my appointment that was scheduled for next day. I called again the next day and left another message. She never called me back. I thought something happened to her.
Then I stopped by during lunch time today and was surprised to find that she was well. Then she slammed the pen in front me. I walked out shaking my head. At least I cared enough to stop by.
Things come up in real life. I never thought rescheduling a hair appointment was such a big deal. I don’t need the stress anyway.
