It’s true this place is a little smaller than most indoor trampoline parks, but removing the size factor and considering the purpose for going to a trampoline park, I say this place meets all the marks. Actually, considering it’s size, it has quite a bit to offer… it does the trick if you or your kids need a quick, fun, healthy, and interesting activity to do for a few hours. The rock climb was definitely a bonus for me.

So so!!! In comparison to other similar places Elevate is rather small. Rock climbing area is nice but small. Only 2 ropes??? 2 dodgeball areas? 3 basketball goals? A medium sized open area to jump was ok but got crowded. Seating for parents is minimal. Lots of standing around. Kids had fun so that is what was important. My son did notice the place is smaller than others we have been too and he looked a little bored at times. Daughter is six and she was running out of jump options as the small areas filled up. No foam pit to jump in like other places. With other options in Frisco and elsewhere this probably will not be high on list to drive to in the future. Pricing was ok! There just needs to be more space overall… UPDATE: My family and I just left Elevate. Before leaving we noticed the glass tops on the tables are not secure and can literally be pushed off the top. Out of concern we decided to let management know about this(perhaps they already did). On our way out my wife tells«Tyler» at the front desk that the glass on the tables is loose and can easily slide off. Tyler’s response was«you are not supposed to push on the tables». Well Tyler, thanks very much for that piece of information!!! Here is some more information for the folks at Elevate… If a child happens to get crushed or cut by said glass table top as it slides off the top of the table Elevate is going to have a fun little liability claim to pay out!!! FYI, those little plastic thingies that will keep the glass from sliding are super cheap. Walmart has them.

Came here awhile back with my daughter and niece who were 4yrs and 7yrs at the time. They both had a great time and I thought the facility was nice. This time I came with my daughter now 5 yrs and son 19 months old. When we arrived they said their minimum jump age was 2 yrs old! My daughter was furious we had to leave and she didn’t get to jump, but I was not about to chase my 19 month old around telling him«no, you can’t jump.» Maybe I’m new to trampoline parks in TX, but after visiting one in NC and two others in DFW area, I have never heard of an age minimum for trampoline parks. Maybe it’s posted somewhere on their website but I was highly disappointed to find out my son couldn’t jump after being in the car for 30 minutes. We tried Urban Air in Frisco last week where he did have fun jumping and I just called Cosmic jump to tryout now and they said he would be able to jump. So off we go.

We had a blast! Elevate is outstanding entertainment for all ages. Spacious, clean, and lots of fun. Our boys loved the basketball hoops, dodge ball court, and rock climbing wall. The staff was very helpful, friendly and genuinely excited to be there. We’ll be back!

This place is so awesome! The bungee trampoline and rock wall were huge hits with all my kids. That is when they weren’t playing trampoline dodge ball non stop! The staff was great too! They are very energetic and make sure all the kids are having a safe fun time! I was very impressed with the café selection too. This place has a much better selection than other parks we have been to. The facility itself is very clean and very well taken care of! The party rooms were awesome too! They also have a great party zone area if a room isn’t what you are looking for. My kids range from elementary to high school and they all had a blast. Thanks so much Elevate for making our Saturday a great fun family day!
