My husband decided to dine here on a Saturday night. Place is great, kind of small, a bit of a wait on the weekend which is expected. We had the All American pizza which was super yummy, we also shared a small house salad. There was a live band that night which was great, but the place was so packed you couldn’t move around much. I must say, the hostess’ were horrible, I regret not getting their names, but boy were they rude to customers. All in all the food is great, service, not so much.

OMG love this place. Julia was our server, she was super sweet and very attentive. The margarita pizza delicious with awesome crust and plenty for two. We also had the pretzel for an appetizer and it was really good and garlicy. They have a nice selection of beer, both craft and popular brands. We will become regulars. We arrived at 12 on a Saturday and we’re seated immediately but it got packed by 12:30.

A fave of mine… pretzel is a must do and the«pies»(I from South Jersey so we call em’ pies) are fantastic. Get crazy and try something different such as the R&D Pizza which changes. Beer selection is fantastic! Local, craft, and a full bar as well. Good local music and love the fact they let a lot of different musicians play here. Even and open jam. Can get crowded but go in and enjoy. Service and wait staff are fantastic! Baked Pastas, pizza, salads, appetizers, and ale. Yeah…

Brisket queso. Get it. Probably my favorite spot on the square thus far. I met some of my Unilocal homies for dinner and this is where we ended up. Its a cozy spot and it fills up quickly even on a weekday. We didn’t have any issue with service like some of the other reviewers, but there wasn’t a live band that night nor was it packed to the brim. I started with the brisket queso– it’s pretty damn good. I really like that they serve it with frito scoops instead of tortilla chips. This queso is so thick and full of meaty goodness you need a stronger chip to grab it out of the adorable cast iron dish. The Classic Cadillac Pizza was next. Roasted chicken, Roma tomatoes, artichoke hearts, baby spinach, and thier house mozzarella blend with feta cheese. They have a brick oven, so it came out perfectly crisp with a soft center. They make the dough in house and use local ingredients as much as possible. I didn’t have any room for dessert, but they have a nice selection of tap beers and ciders. I’ll swing by next time I’m in the square.

Good place for wood fired pizza. I really like the different options and the cheese bread was very good also! The service has been hit or miss, but they all seem to serve you relatively quickly so no big deal. We will be back again to see how the live music is.

Great beers. Yummy pizzas. Live music and a very cool location. The only negative are the kids, but that’s the fault of the parents that concede control to their kids!

I love this place. The pizza is great– thin crust with imaginative combinations that work(fig and goat cheese!), as are the appetizers. If you can’t find a beer you like you don’t like beer. Service is attentive and friendly. Be generous when tipping here as they are working for the money and earning every penny! But what makes this place magical is the live music. I have been invited to come hear various performers, and each time has been great. It’s a small place– probably seats 150 people, and they tend to be there for the performance, so they actually LISTEN to the performance. I find nothing more annoying than a crowd that talks over the performance. What I discovered last night is that Thursdays are jam night, and they have a band open around 8pm, then invite others to come play. Last night was excellent. Especially watching those younger performers– including my son’s friend Michael on bass. Woo Hoo!

Sadly, today will probably be my last trip to Cadillac Pizza Pub. I’ve always loved the food there, and their White Sangreia might be the best I’ve ever had. But the service just absolutely SUCKS. We walked in at 1:30pm today and were immediately seated. So there were empty tables and the restaurant wasn’t packed. The lunch crowd had started clearing out. The hostess gave us our menus and we proceeded to sit there for 15 minutes without even sniffing a waitress. No Hi I’ll be right with. No kiss my @ss. Nothing. So I went to the bar and handed a waitress her our menus. I then asked if anyone was actually working our table. At that point, the girl who was bartending smiled and started laughing. As much as I like the food, it’s just not worth the horrible service. And this wasn’t the first time I’ve had really bad service there. Won’t be going back.

Ok I am sure this place does not need another review but it’s getting one from us … Simply said — Amazing !!! … Great beers, great sangria, and amazing pizza !!! Having lived in Italy it’s hard to find pizza that takes you back but this place serves that pizza for sure. Want to come here more but have to figure out how to get an invite on the weekend so we can get a table without waiting hours lol … You all have to try this place !!! Special cal out to the waitress Jessica for her amazing customer service !!!

It’s a wonderful addition to the Mckinney Square. It’s a great combination of wood fired pizza and live music. If you want to have a deep meaningful conversation, this is not your place. It is tiny and loud, but its one of the things I love about it. «The Caddy» has an amazing energy inside that is fun and exciting. Now, down to the food. The smoky pie is my favorite. It has sweet Texas bbq sauce, local smoked brisket, crispy bacon, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese. My mouth is watering as I write this. I also love that they change up their menu often. There’s always something new to look forward too! It is a family restaurant, but I don’t recommend it for kids. It gets so loud in there even when there is not live music.

*******If you sign up for the VIP email club(at no cost) they’ll send you a coupon for a FREE pizza!****** So I’m going to start off by disclosing we ate free pizza. Totally free. We signed up for the email club and within 8 hours got a free pizza coupon. We chose the Old Smokey, which is like a BBQ pizza, with brisket and goat cheese and my man and I polished it off. Great large pizza, excellent flavor and cool mom and pop atmosphere. Our bill(we had two sodas) was $ 4, and we left a great tip since our waitress rocked. Will definitely be paying customers next time!

I have seen the billboards boasting about this place so I was very excited to try it out. I realize I am in the minority when I say this, but I did not like this pizza at all. One star is for the unique atmosphere and the second is for the awesome attentive service we received, but the food was not great. I posted a photo of my burnt pizza. It was called the Pizza Bianca and was supposed to have caramelized onions, provolone, and mozzarella. The cheese was very scarce and the crust was way too crispy, almost like a cracker. The red wine sangria left a lot to be desired. It tasted like red wine mixed with club soda, garnished with an orange. Nothing special at all.

We came here for open jam night on thursdays. Yes my husband and number one son are guitar players and their teacher helps to run these open jam nights. So… we are in McKinney! I love this little town. If I was a little town girl, this would be my little town I think. ANYWAY, I digress. Cadillac Pizza Pub was JAMMED packed CROWDED with a 90 min wait at 7:30. We almost went somewhere else but the staff had a good idea… sit outside out front at one of their 3 patio tables. So we did. We could not drink alcohol out there much to hubby’s dismay but you can eat. And EAT we did. We had two pizzas for the 4 of us and they were delicious! Thin crust, piping hot and loaded with toppings. About 75 minutes later we did get a table inside. Inside is small cheery and a fun place to be. But don’t count on talking to your table mates on jam nights… BECAUSEITISSOLOUDYOUCANTHEARYOURSELFTHINKMUCHLESSTALK! that’s ok… we weren’t here to talk we were here for the music… and the pizza it turns out too. What would i do different? Get a permit to serve alcohol on the patio if possible. Upgrade the patio furniture chairs. Turn the music down a bit, open another Cadillac Pizza Pub in Plano because the pizza is really that good.

We visited this little joint while perusing downtown McKinney and we were very pleased overall with our experience. Ok, let us get to it… the FOOD. Apps: Cheese Bread w/Salami: Perfect portion size and great app to not fill you up right before you eat a ton of pizza. All the flavors worked together and it was delish. I was not a fan of the marinara dipping sauce that came with it– seemed a bit too sweet for my liking, but everyone else had no complaints. Queso w/Brisket– One guest ordered this and it was actually pretty delicious. It was served with some fritos, which take you back! This was also a good appetizer and the smoky flavor of the cheese and brisket worked well together. Pizza: Tri– Meat Pizza: Basically a meat lovers delight. The pizza was cooked just right, which to me is the right amount of soft and crispy. It was thin enough to fold without all of the toppings falling off. I would definitely make this my go-to. BBQ chicken Pizza: The men of the table loved this pizza. I had a small bite of it and will say that the BBQ sauce was not at all overwhelming. It blended with the chicken nicely and had a really nice sweet and smoky flavor. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a good bite to eat while in the McKinney area. The inside is pretty small but, that is what also makes it enjoyable.

First time in downtown McKinney and it seemed it had quite a few nice restaurants. Ended up at Cadillac for pizza and beer. It was nice inside, clean, and had a good menu. The pizza was very good with the fresh toppings and good crust. The spicy red sauce is a must, and ask for extra for dipping your crust. I bet this place gets busy during live music, would like to get back there for that.

Great little place in downtown McKInney. They don’t have a whole lot of space, but they have a great beer selection and great food. The queso and the garlic bread were amazing and their thin crust pizza was excellent as well. All of that for a decent price and you have a great night out. We’ll definitely be back.

Great little spot to stop into while cruising around McKinney. We tried the queso, lasagna, BBQ salad and the pizza margherita. Everything was great. The salad is a must. I couldn’t get over how tasty it turned out to be. So crisp and cold with hot grilled chicken and corn on top. Really a can’t miss. I may have just needed salad after a couple days of eating all the bad things possible. Either way, a solid place to have lunch on a beautiful day.

I met up with some friends for a girl’s night here. We arrived just before 8PM on Friday in order to catch The Buster Brown Band. It was packed but we enjoyed ourselves at the bar while waiting for a table. Initially, I was a bit worried as the space is small. Our party of 12 was split up between two tables(back to back). We were told tables could not be combined as it would create a fire hazard. We were sat at a table right in front of the band which I knew would be too much for my delicate ears. Fortunately, it was not as loud as I anticipated. We started off with a bowl of queso. Although it was a little spicy, it was very good and served with fritos. We also shared a smokey pie pizza, original supreme pizza, pizza blanca and two orders of wings. Everything was phenomenal! The rum punch also won a special place in my heart. Our server was great until it came time to pay our check as she disappeared. I will definitely be returning to Cadillac Pizza for the great food & atmosphere.
