Do not hire. He did poor work and left the space a mess with many unresolved issues. He was difficult to communicate with as he would not return calls or show up when he said he would. Made many promises and kept none. He sub contracted out most of the work without telling me and sent strange men to my home without informing me. The job he said would take 10 days originally went on for more than three weeks and has now been left unfinished for 11 months. I had to take him to the Better Business Bureau to resolve the problems and he has not aided by the arbitrators decision in my favor.
