They just moved this location next to Pier One Imports. That whole section of Mckinney is riddled with construction so it really doesn’t matter that they moved. It still takes it an act of God to get to it. I’m a thankful we have a BB and B. It does make it nice to go and get the things I need at the last minute. I was making fizzing bath bombs from a Pinterest recipe and I was using my muffin to tins to mold them. They got stuck on them when they dried out and I used a knife to remove them. My knife went through my muffin tin. Well, now I needed to get in the car and buy a new set. Now, I contemplated going to Wally World, but I thought I would like a nice set this time. Since a knife just went thought my old set, which is pretty unbelievable. I was a little disappointed they only had one set of muffin tins in their whole ginormous store. Yet, the one set they had was Calphalon, so that was OK. That’s a better quality than I would have gotten at Wally World. They work beautifully at making muffins. I will not be making bath bombs in muffin tins anymore. I have learned my lesson.

I seriously spend at least an hour in this store every time I go… Love BB&B!

Anytime I’ve ventured in, I’ve left with something… from scented fragrances for my house or car, to down comforters and sheets, to toys for my Yorkie. The store may be a tad smaller than some of the other ones I’ve tried but this location is still packed full of products. I haven’t had a bad customer service experience but I’m pretty low maintenance in this type of store as I already know what I want most of the time and where to find it. I will return!

The employees are what ruins this store for me. They are rude and unhelpful. They never speak to you – even when they are checking you out, except to tell you the total. I forget how bad it is and go here to shop, and am reminded very quickly. I’ll stick to Target.

Worst customer service ever. Bought a Keurig VUE about 6 weeks ago. The associate then was very helpful and informative. Been having to buy coffee from them because they have exclusive rights to new system.(Found out Kohls has them now and we be getting all my business now) their selections have gotten fewer and fewer since our purchase. I asked if they would be getting more flavors today. Associate said she didn’t know. She asked the manager who I could hear her response saying there were more on line and they would give free shipping since they didn’t have it. The associate finishes ringing me up and sends me in my way. I asked about the online selection if she could let me know what’s available and she basically told me to do it myself. I will not spend another dollar there. They have got me things online before and I pay at store and it arrives at my house in a few days. But now I guess that’s too much trouble for them.

I have been here with the wife from time to time and attempted to venture on my own there for Christmas presents… Holy Hell! Cramped aisle’s and it is hard to navigate the closer you get to front of the store. The check out lanes are so close to displays that if there are more then 3 people in line, good luck getting through to other side. Other then that they have some good prices and nice staff.

You probably already know the gig about this chain if you’re reading this. I’m not sure what can be said about the inside of the store; it’s clean, well lit, well stocked and full of friendly staff. I don’t have hard numbers, but it seems that this store may be smaller than some. It’s located in a nice strip mall on the west side of US75 just south of Eldorado, fairly easy to get to from any direction. Parking is plentiful. One thing to remember: If you have a mailing address of any kind, and live within a half a day’s drive of your nearest BB&B, you’ve almost certainly received one of their coupons in the mail. Remember to take it with you when you go. Doesn’t matter if it’s expired. Doesn’t matter if it, um, expired a LONG time ago. They’ll take it.
