Baby Fresh Carpet and Tile Cleaning

First he showed up an hour before the appointment and complained about having to wait. That was the beginning of a litany of complaints which lasted the entire time he was here. I have 3 long haired cats. I KNOW there is a lot of cat hair. By the 10^th or more time he complained about it I was ready to show him the door. When I made the appointment he told me he would move furniture as long as it wasn’t real heavy. He didn’t move ANYTHING, not even the dining room chairs. I had to do it all myself. The worst part? The carpet doesn’t look significantly better than before. Granted its several years old and has stains (who’s doesn’t?) but really, you can’t tell it’s been cleaned. It wasn’t expensive, but still not worth doing. By the way, when no one answered the front door when he arrived an hour early, he went into my back yard, into the pool area! And tried to get someone to let him in that way! Creepy.
