It was the day before Christmas, and all through my house, I couldn’t locate cards for my mom, not even an ounce. I knew she was expecting a card so sweet, and probably wouldn’t accept a 140 character tweet.
So OFF to the Hallmark I flew like a flash, tore open the door and entered with a mad dash. To the cards I took with a wink and a whistle, but could not find one I liked despite all of my hustle.
I asked the kind clerks if they could help me (with all of my charm), and despite their own hurry they searched so I’d come to no harm.
After minutes and minutes a handful we had, and I assured them with these my mom sure would be glad.
So if you must ask, where can I find the right greeting? Why Amy’s Hallmark in McKinney is who you should be meeting!

I’ve enjoyed this store in the past but was very upset the way I was treated this evening. While trying to use my Hallmark «gift» coupon, the cashier said she could not accept it since I was purchasing «promotional» items. I wanted some additional clarification since I had used a similar coupon on the same item 2 weeks ago. The manager came out – looking perturbed and «put-​out», and went on to explain to me that «at this price, you wouldn’t need a coupon»! I didn’t ask for her opinion on what constituted an appropriate price for using a coupon. Needless to say, there are so many choices when shopping for gifts— so lll take my business elsewhere!

Yea! It’s great to have a Hallmark back in McKinney. Stopped in quickly yesterday. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store seems to have everything I’d be looking for: stationery, ornaments, figurines, and their seasonal collection of Hallmark-​only items. With a store this close, I may start frequenting Hallmark on a regular basis.
