I called last week to get an estimate on cleaning windows and siding. Todd called me back within five minutes upon leaving a message. I scheduled the appointment for 9:30 AM today and there he was, Todd, the owner. He was accompanied by an apprentice, his wife. I love when the owner actually gets down and dirty for his own business. The house looks like new. Very happy with the results. Took a bit longer than I would have liked, but his wife was just learning the business. Time was the only thing keeping this review from being five stars. His estimate was exactly the price I was charged. Can’t beat paying five dollars per window, inside and out, plus the screen removal and install after they’re finished. I will use this company again!

Todd is the best, reliable, experienced, honest and fairly priced. Todd did a chimney sweep job for me back in October 2013. We just bought the house and he walked me through his work, what I should look out for, what not to over spend on and then after inspecting the chimney, found a few repairs that couldn’t be completed until Spring 2014, when weather was more reliable. Sure enough, he called me a few weeks ago and showed up, finished the work at no extra charge.

I enlisted Custom Cleaning Concepts for Chimney Cleaning/​Sweeping. When I called to make the appointment, I assumed I’d have to leave a message for them to call me back in order to schedule. Nope — Todd answered the phone right away and we had the appointment scheduled within 5 minutes.
On the day of the appointment, Todd called to see if they could come in the morning instead of our scheduled time in the afternoon. When I said I could not have our appointment in the morning but could arrange to have it a few hours earlier, he was very polite and appreciative of my schedule flexibility. He arrived at my house promptly at the rearranged time. He and his colleague were very courteous and happy to answer any of my questions and give me pointers on maintaining the health of my fireplace. They did not try to ‘sales’ me into paying for unnecessary repairs or products and were done with the chimney service in less than an hour.
I will definitely be using Custom Cleaning Concepts for any cleaning needs I may have in the future!
