This service is Best in class for both service and value. I travel frequently and have yet to see the level of reliability or quality of driver from any other service.
If you are in the area save their number in your phone the day you have the need you will be thankful.

I scheduled a pickup from O’Hare a week before the date my fiancé and I needed to be picked up and when I scheduled I was told that I would have a text message once I landed and turned my phone on telling me that they’re there waiting for us. I did not have a text when I turned my phone on, so my fiancé called and was told that they were not there and didn’t have a ticket to pick us up. During the phone call he at first tried to blame us stating we never called and placed an order then followed by apologizing. An apology in the first place may have made the situation better rather than attacking my intelligence. Hopefully your communication with customers and organization skills improve because leaving people waiting at the airport is not a good reflection on your business.

Black Cab is the way to go in the McHenry County area and beyond. Punctual service, very clean and well maintained vehicles, professional and polite drivers… and very reasonable rates! I’ve used them quite a bit recently, and they have usually been ahead of schedule.
