We are very happy after our recent move using A. Best Movers. Joe was in charge of our 4 man crew. Him and his crew were polite and professional the entire time. They wrapped our furniture with moving pads for protection and ensured everything was secured in the trailer, even though it was just a short drive from McHenry to Crystal Lake. Unfortunately our 5 month old needed a nap while the guys were loading. We let Joe know and he assured us they would be as quiet as possible. Thanks for going above and beyond for us, Joe!

Let me just start by saying that I was let down by a big moving company. They gave away my reservation at the last minute. I had one week to find movers and these guys came HIGHLY RECOMMENED!
Joe, Nick, Larry and Jim made my move so pleasant and quick. They had great advice, set up most of the furniture, and we’re very careful with everything! If I could give ten stars I would!

Due to a unique situation I needed to move a family heirloom from one home to another and it needed to be done within 48 hours. Additionally, the scheduled pick up time had to be exact. No 2 hour windows would be acceptable. All of this was explained to
A.Best when arrangements were being made. If they were late my opportunity to get this item would be lost forever. The night before I received a call not only confirming the pick up time but repeated what I had told their office about the necessity of being on time. The following day I received several calls from them updating their progress. When pick up time rolled around they were not just on time but were 15 minutes early. They took extra care in packing a very old grandfather clock. Joe and Tim professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend A. Best to anyone.
