Julio was a joke. He took care of my family after we left the water park and wanted to something to eat. However my mom decide she wanted a burger and ordered it medium and I order a cheese steak the supposedly came with peppers and onions but did not. It took close to 30 minutes for food to come out and when it came out it was cold and my moms burger was raw. So as we waited for him to come back to our table to tell him our issues with our meal he is sitting at the bar having a conversation with his fellow employees and not even concerned about our table. Food was awful but what was the worst part was the service!!!

On our first night we had limited options so we ended up here to check out the scenery (water park). First cocktail was nasty and sent back, second one not much better, very little alcohol for the price which none are listed. The beer we ordered was higher in alcohol but $ 6.75! The sodas were sent back because the syrup was almost out. The food must be better… NOT the case at all. It got worse. Club was dry. Hamburger was dry. Fries were fishy tasting. We didnt feel well when we left.
Later in our trip while at the water park and in lieu of standing in line at the food window option in the park, knowing it was the same food we decided to try again. A better experience luckily. I was told the beer was $ 3 and charged $ 4.50. Soda was again tasteless and exchanged for pink lemonade. Its industrial food if you like the cheap stuff. No choices when water parking unless you leave property. Consider alternatives.

Just a stopover if you’re leaving the water park or hanging out there if you have kiddies there. The burger was a little dry but it filled the void. However I was well entertained with the karaōke singers and the few arcade games, especially bowling. Again, nothing fancy just a «kill some more time» at the water park type of place. Prices are typical for a sports bar and surprisingly cheaper than I expected given the prices of everything else at Massunutten.

Cheap simple bar food. Using plastic utensils as if u were getting fast food take out. Had some wings, cheesesteak with fries, and a salad. Kinda disappointed my sub was supposed to come with a pickle spear but it was no where to be seen. Nothing fancy but filling. Got a brownie sundae at the end to top the meal off. My daughter was pretty content with the hot dog kids meal which included a store bought applesauce and juice box drink.

I’ve had better food and service at a bowling alley. Food took an hour. Served cold. Wife had a Club sandwich — undercooked bacon, old, cold fries. They decided that the skin from the top of the nacho cheese on the steam table would make a nice topping to our app. Empty glasses peppered the table while an unmanaged teenage staff chatted and ignored us. The average charge for meals was around 10 bucks a pop for bulk bought crap. Avoid!

Food was ok but the whole experience here became downright hilarious as the experience continued. We were leaving the water park when I saw a sign that had NY Strip dinner and a Shrimp Scampi dinner listed. I asked one of the staff what the prices were and I was told $ 9 and $ 10 which seemed cheap to me and I wasn’t expecting much for that price. When I asked second person before seating it then became $ 10 and $ 11. No big deal but for a special that was probably on all night I’d have thought the staff would know the price. When I asked again what came with it (I couldn’t recall) they didn’t know. We were hungry and decided to stay with the 5 of us anyhow.
After ordering we were told they were out of backed potatoes for the steak dinner. My wife had ordered the steak instead of scampi because she wanted the backed potato ironically. We said fries were fine instead but then my wife did get a potato and some of the kids wanted applesauce instead of broccoli and I received applesauce instead of fries. They corrected this by, get this, bring me a backed potato. Funny as they were supposedly out.
The fun continued as we received, and I’m not joking, plastic forks and knives for our NY Strip steak. The steak wasn’t THAT tender. You couldn’t even get the fork to stay. I asked for real utensils and knives. We received a real fork and a butter knife for our steaks. Needless to say cutting the steaks was an experience all its own. The food wasn’t bad and the fries were great so we just went with it. The poor staff had to run up and down the stairs repeatedly as there is no kitchen here only a bar. You almost felt bad asking for anything.
Eventually we made it through the meal but won’t be returning. The place is a bar that I think they tried to capitalize (successfully it appears) on the foot traffic out of the water park that is attached. The tables are way to small, no kitchen and a staff that probably can handle drinks but clearly isn’t up to handling a real meal. The only saving grace is that it is cheap. Our mistake was probably getting the special instead of burgers or fries or something simpler.

Prices are very reasonable and the food is your basic, keep the kids happy, fare. Service is good and they’ll let you park it by the windows so you can watch your charges go nuts in the waterpark below. Full bar to keep the adults happy is a good thing considering the madness that ensues with a throng of overly excited youngins. All in all, the place adequately hits the mark. If you’re in from NOVA, the lower prices will be a pleasant surprise.

Horrible service. Seated two different times while at water park. Both servers were nice and tried hard– at first anyway-​but still fell short. At first we thought it was just because they were understaffed but there were times we could see that was not the issue. The waitress clearly forgot what we had asked for because we could see her doing busy work that could have waited. Terribly slow. Drinks not refilled. Items forgotten. Had to ask for silverware twice. Fries really good. Crinkle cut and seasoned. Honey BBQ wings very unappetizing. The sauce was not good. Philly kinda dry. Adult beverages tasty but on weak side. They would not allow a shot and a drink at the same time. My sister– in-​law had to take the shot before he handed her the drink.

Drinks were very good and the price was right.

Prices were pretty cheap but the food was terrible! I had a salad and the tomatoes were ROTTEN! Service was bad and extremely slow. I will NOT be coming back!

Self seating which is good. It overlooks the indoor water park and next to video games. Was very disappointed with the waitress, he forgot to order my kids food and blamed it on my wife. Waiter was lost on what he was doing, very slow and never came back to refill drinks always had to track him down. Food was ok but had better!
