Jeremy was so nice, helpful, flexible, and easy to work with. It can often be awkward to have some random person in your house but he was very easy to be around. The best part, however, is how clean my carpets and couch are! We had some bad stains on both because we got a new puppy last year… puppy pee, puppy poo, muddy puppy feet and remnants of having a cat litter box on the carpeting, as well.
After Jeremy was done I was blown away. I thought for sure there would be a few bad stains that he would not be able to get out completely but I was wrong. EVERYTHING came out. The carpets looked like new. Our microfiber beige couch looks amazing, too. I feel like we have a new couch. I was so impressed and will definitely recommend Renew Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning to anyone looking for this service and will use them again, without hesitation.
