I’ve eaten from here a few times. I love Thai food so I keep coming back, but they always seem to come up just a little short. Today, the Thai Wings were fried perfectly crispy, but had no flavor or seasoning. Another time the Basil Fried Rice was«just okay,» missing the flavor burst you expect when eating Thai food. I have also tried their Pad Thai(portion size was disappointing). I always get my food to go, but the restaurant is always clean, well lit, and customer service is great.

My favorite Thai restaurant! I love the panang curry with sticky rice and the cream cheese rolls are soooooo yummy. I eat here at least once a week and I’ve never been disappointed!

Often very quiet, this is a my refuge after a bad day. There is nothing more satisfying to me than a big plate of pad thai. The food has always been great every trip I’ve made. I feel like this place is a hidden gem.

This place is ok. The staff is nice but its the American version of Thia food. When you want to order a spicy dish make sure you tell them spicy or else it will not be, although its suppose to be.

Visited Thai Garden with a friend while she ran errands in the area. I loved this place immediately. It’s bright. Clean. And the food is good. When they say hot, they mean HOT! My friend had the Panang Curry. She ordered it «medium,» and it blew her little socks right off. I can only imagine what«hot» means. My friend is totally enamored of the Chicken Coconut Soup. And the Chicken Satay was very tender. Grilled just right, and served with a tasty sauce. Be forewarned: The egg drop soup here is nothing at all like the stereotypical egg drop soup you’ll find in any Chinese restaurant. I did not fancy it, but you just might. I gave in to my carb craving and had the Pad Thai, which was everything I needed it to be: chock-full of carbs, chock-full of excellent pad-thai flavor. Exactly the staple it’s supposed to be. And it was not so hot that it blew my socks off. I’ll happily return to Thai Garden. Holler if you’re coming with.

Greasy, greasy greasy. My noodles were sliding all over the place. Way too much oil used. Friendly server was all alone and should have had more help. I would suggest either Sabiang Thai or Thai Time for better Thai food in the area.

I thoroughly enjoy the food here… my office is close by so I eat here throughout the year. As I do with most restaurants, I ask questions to determine what dish will match my palette before ordering for the first time. I’ve fallen in love with several of their lunch and dinner specials that include a very tasty spring roll or a tossed salad. Flavor of Thai, Spicy Basil & Pad See Lew noodles are all excellent. I like the fact that you get to choose chicken, beef, shrimp or Tofu as the protein in many of their special dishes. The food is always hot, fresh and quickly prepared. The service is prompt and very friendly as the staff always seems to care about what’s going on with their customers and do their best to make you comfortable while dining there. Try it out, ask questions and I’m sure you’ll find a dish that you’ll be craving soon after you leave!

I have had many dishes at this place and my favorite it the Larb(spicy chicken in a lime juice mixture). Wow the flavors will impress the pickiest of diners. Friendly Staff and Clean restaurant. Recommend

We had lunch here and were the first customers to come in and definitely not busy at all. I ordered the drunken noodle(aka pile of greasy noodles). I was really disappointed how it tasted and they used canned green beans instead of fresh. They added one pathetic tomato to the dish that seemed out of place. I would never order this dish again. I had the salad as the appetizer(comes with lunch). The dressing tasted too sweet and not like other Thai dressings I have had before. Luckily, I requested the dressing to be on the side. Once again the salad had one pathetic tomato and one cucumber. The presentation was not appealing. The lettuce tasted crunchy and fresh though. For the price you are paying, amount of food you get for lunch, and quality/freshness/ingredients for the dishes, I would save your money and go elsewhere. Flavor of Thai Cuisine in Stockbridge is so much better than this place. I will not eat at Thai Garden again. Pros: friendly staff, good service, well decorated, spacious dining area with several tables Cons: small/average food portions; not the best tasting Thai food; canned green beans instead of fresh; not enough vegetables; unappealing food presentation; not Authentic Thai food

You have to keep in mind that this is a Thai restaurant in McDonough, GA and not Atlanta, GA! Given the environment, I was pleasantly surprised in the quality of food and the very friendly service we received on two separate occasions in the last month. To date, we’ve had the chicken hot & sour soup, pad thai, fish cake, beef salad and the red curry duck dishes. My top two recommendations would be the chicken hot & sour soup(simple and refreshing) and the fish cake(solid fish cake). The other dishes were average. When I’m in McDonough and find myself crazy Asian food, I’ll be dropping by here as opposed to a greasy Americanized Chinese restaurant!

My wife and I eat here often and we are never disappointed. The Pad Thai is great and their chicken coconut soup is the best I have had.

I’ve ordered takeout from this place lots of times but haven’t reviewed yet. I usually get the pad thai which is really good. However, I wanted to try something different last time I went so I got the Thai Pasta which is my new favorite. The portions are good and its a good choice if you live nearby and don’t feel like driving into Atlanta.

Service is pleasant and sweet. The actual restaurant is very clean, inviting and spacious. The food is just ok. Nothing special, nothing detestable. It’s just ok. It could use more flavoring IMHO. That is all.

I ate here last night and was really glad that I did. I had the red curry with chicken that was awesome and my fiancé had the spicy basil chicken. The service is great and the prices are pretty decent for the ton of food that you get. This is my new favorite Thai restaurant.
