The customer service here has always been beyond expectation, but their Frappuccinos are generally weak to the point that I can’t taste the difference between my salted caramel and my daughter’s smores. Their pike place coffee has always been fresh and never watered down.

The worst customer service of all Starbucks. Rude baristas, drinks aren’t made right, and slow service. Long gone are the days where it was staffed with the right crew such as Bryson.
I use to come here all the time because it’s convenient but not after my last experience here. I am Gold until 2017 but no thanks. I will take my business elsewhere. If I do go to Starbucks it will be in Brookhaven where they understand the true meaning of customer service.
I’m only giving it one star because I couldn’t give it zero.

Sunday morning at Starbucks. They have no breakfast sandwiches. They have no bagels. And the employees don’t really seem to give a crap. I’ve also been waiting on my iced latte for about 10 Minutes.

Service here is hit or miss. I’ve always had nice baristas but a few times the drinks haven’t turned out great. My usual order is a iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel. I’ve actually heard a barista making my order say «whoops» to later find out she over iced my small «icm» which is disappointing when you are paying $ 3+ for it. Today I was in I noticed flies buzzing around which I hope something will be done about that soon because that’s just nasty! There was also one barista making orders (on a busy Saturday) which doesn’t make sense to me. Luckily our cashier jumped right in after taking a few more orders after us and got us moving! Will I be back probably. I can just hope they have more people working next time as this Starbucks is always busy.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever seen, consistently! Very small parking lot. Friendly but the constant delay in the drive-​through with only a rare apology for the wait makes the overall experience poor. I often go to Burger King instead in the mornings.

Where is the rest of my Caramel Macchiato? I did order a Grande. Usually don’t have a problem with this place but this is really crappy of them to charge me for a Grande when it looks like a Tall. No whip, no caramel. It’s too early in the morning to be playing with people’s coffee. They need to get it together.

This location is as good as any we’ve been to and better than some (Stockbridge!) Parking is limited and cramped but location itself is convenient. Lobby feels more spacious /​uncluttered than many. Starbucks brand is overpriced but the coffee is good and the loyalty program is an incentive.

I love Starbucks, however, while traveling with my daughter and grandchildren, we were very disappointed with this Starbucks! Nice big bathroom with No Baby Changing area!!! There were many travelers in line waiting for the restroom. This is a must for people traveling with kids!

It is a typical Starbucks but the service is quick and efficient and the coffee is always fresh. Free Wi-​Fi is available on the premises as well as outdoor seating. A good selection of products for sale inside the store area. Be careful going through the drive-​through as it is a bit tricky to navigate in a large vehicle. Great selection of restaurants close by.

So I got a craving for a coffee about 10 pm on Sunday night. I pulled up to this Starbucks at 10:10 pm and they were closed with no one even around. Who cares that the sign says they’re open till 10:30… I’ll just go up to the next exit from now on.

When you step into a Starbucks, you expect GREAT service, however this location fails to deliver. The staff is NOT friendly, everytime I go here I can be the ONLY one in line and I have to wait 2 – 3 mins before someone even acknowledge me or for the cashier to come from the back area. My drink had to be made over EVERYTIME cause they miss something and the plugs on the patio DO NOT WORK. NONE OF THEM. I’m like sheesh – all these plugs and none of the outlets work? Seriously!!! As other have said – the parking is akward but its next to a shopping center with ample parking. After my 3rd bad visit in a row – I have stopped going there.

Good food fast, no wait that’s waffle house. So good coffee fast, once you go in a few times they know your name and your drink. Staff is super friendly and nice. Much nicer than I could be so early in the morning :-)

Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name. Especially when your name is Amne. I lost my precious Gold Card here and they had it waiting for me as soon as I walked in. Every Barista is super nice and they act like they love what they do. My favorite SBUX around!
