Hi Sarah,
We’re going to pass on this quote. My apologies. We’re down here, but:
1. Troy does not have parking arranged with management (which is the usual practice during commercial site visits) and requiring me to feed the meter and walk in the rain or pay $ 26 for building parking.
2. He needs the quote today (which would not allow us time to put it together for all common areas and corridors of a 40 floor building)
3. And with less than 24 hours request… was only available to meet with us today between 9 and 11 am.
We’ve been doing this for a while and must admit that the variables above gives us the impression that our time may be wasted.
I truly apologize that I did not get more information when speaking with you on yesterday.

How disappointing…
1. We paid the meters for our own parking and had you answered one of the six-​calls Troy made to your cell when you were a no-​show, he would’ve gladly offered to feed a few quarters into your meter.
2. Troy wanted the quote yesterday but had you said, «no, but I can get it to you _​_​_​because of _​_​_​& _​_​_​_​» then that would’ve been acceptable. We’re conducting business, it’s a back & forth and we’re reasonable people.
3. When we spoke on the phone you were aware of the time, agreed to the time and confirmed via email the time. So, how is the time an issue? Don’t want to rise-​up to an opportunity?
The email you sent is unprofessional and your actions, even more so. This is a six-​figure commercial paint job you passed-​up on because you couldn’t find parking, you had to get up early in the rain and you don’t know how to run/​conduct a real business; where «our time» is equally as valuable. I am GRATEFUL you did not show-​up & that we won’t be working with you in the coming months together on this project.

I recently used Spectacular Painting to paint my kitchen. They did an awesome job. They were very neat, quick, and professional. I am pleased with the work and plan to use them again.
