If you can avoid this place do it. The gas station across the street is currently under construction so this is the only one at this exit. Their gas is more expensive then the others I passed before I got here and the ones at the following exits. The gas handle had electrical tape all over it as if to hold it together — not sure how that’s safe. To add more insult the clerk was rude and the bathroom was disgusting. Don’t go here.

Conveniently located off the highway from Macon back to Atlanta, it’s very easy to find and all the pumps were working — important for us as we were headed at high clip to the airport. The snack shop had a decent variety of snack foods and water. The rest room was reasonably clean by highway stop standards. Nothing scary. The employee was polite — which you really don’t expect.
The only challenge was getting back on the highway which was a bit more convoluted.
