Guardian was great & I love my new roof! The crew was nice & worked so hard even though the temp outside was almost 100 degrees. They cleaned everything up as well! I would definitely recommend this company!

They have done emergency repair work for us at the last minute and have replaced the entire roof. In both instances, we’ve been very happy with their work. They stripped off our old roof and installed the new one in one day. We have found them to be professional and the crew was very hard working. They did a great job on a very, very hot day to have to be up on a roof!

they replaced my roof with damaged tiles. The tiles they put in where more damaged than the ones they took out. My insurance company had to come and inspected for them to replace it (they should have known not to place those tiles in the first place). Then they came to replace it and damage the wild animal guards I had around the roof and squirrels got in. When I started asking for compensation, we had a couple of emails and phone exchanges after which they stop responding… I’m still waiting for my compensation!!!
Please use your money wisely, I thought if I spent more I would have better quality service and I ended up with damage and a contractor that has stopped responding to me or willing to compensate for damage and time.
