Eagle’s Landing Family Practice

Eagles Landing by far is the most low down company I have ever seen. As a patient I have seen administrators and Human Resources belittle the faculty and staff. Never in my life will i advise anyone to go there. I believe that Human Resources should look into this company because the staff is treated with nothing but disrespect. Eagles Landing Family Practice is a company that everyone would be better off not knowing about. I would rather someone go to a hospital and pay that bill then to put up with the load of crap they give at Eagles Landing. Once again human resources should be contacted immediately!!!

Patients beware! This practice can’t hang onto to their doctors and the remaining ones are irresponsible and incompetent, The supporting staff isn’t bad but some of them are open about their negative opinions regarding the drs and PA’s! Once of their PA’s there shouldn’t even have access to patient files as she has no problem sharing personal info with co-​workers and other patients. If anyone needs additional information, I have no problem providing it if it will help others — no need to take a chance with your health by going to this office.

I hate this place. I’ve stopped going to the doctor when I get sick because I hate this place so much that it just isn’t worth it anymore. I’ve heard ELFP described as the Walmart of doctor’s offices and I couldn’t think of anything more accurate. You’ll never see the same doctor twice because they never stick around too long, not that you’d want to see someone twice anyway because they’re all terrible for any of an assortment of reasons. I’ve seen someone who ordered way too many tests even though I told her I was unemployed, she had no sympathy at all. Another doctor seems certifiably insane and while she’s a decent enough doctor, her demeanor is so strange that it makes me uncomfortable to be around her.
The worst part, by far, is their billing department. I realize that isn’t located in this particular office, but I have received near-​constant screw-​ups in the communication between this office and the billing office – they just can’t seem to get things coordinated properly, and it always comes out being a major headache for me when it comes to my insurance. These people are just totally inept. The waiting room is nice, though. Lots of HGTV.

This is just my initial review:
This location is a major improvement over the Stockbridge location. The waiting room is large, smells clean, the people who work there do not have an attitude and actually seem to be happy that you came. We were met with smiles from everyone we pass, employees and patients alike. All of the amenities seem to be new and the location itself doesn’t look old at all. I was about to give up on the Eagles Landing practice as a whole, but this is my (now your) little piece of heaven.
