Cheddar’s has always been one of my favorite restaurants! They have great service and phenomenal food and drinks! The Texas Margarita and the Cheddar’s Painkiller are drinks that you must try! The Painkiiler is strong and gives a nice little buzz, (Which is why they only limit 2 to each customer). Each time I have been I have ordered a variety of different foods, I cannot recall ever having anything bad. Unlike some people, I have never experienced lengthy wait times! But timing does matter, on a Friday night around 7:30, with no reservations you can expect to wait at least 30 minutes! If you know that you are going ahead of time it doesn’t hurt to make reservations. If you are ever near a Cheddar’s restaurant and the wait time is not absurd check them out!

Damian was my server today. He was absolutely amazing! Very kind positive energy and he took great care of us. never let our drinks run out he came back to check and make sure we were enjoying everything next time you come in ask for him to be server and I guarantee you will have just as wonderful experience as we did today. Usually it’s a long wait to get seated but this time it wasn’t and we arrived during shift change so we got a lovely waitress who later had someone take her table over but when the waiter arrived he wasn’t as attentive and seemed not to care to much to serve us. The food was not up to par as it once was I have been going here for years and this is the first bad experience I’ve had here. Do not order the water it tasted like rusty tap water. Sad that this place has gone down from 2 years ago.

Good customer service but I am not satisfied at all with the food! I ordered the whitefish with rice, Mac and cheese. The fish LOOKED very well seasoned but tasted like absolutely nothing, the rice was just ok and the Mac was nothing to write home about. On top of the wait our food was almost cold, it was reheated and nothing was warmer except for the tasteless fish! I have heard good things about this food but I am not impressed at all! I expected way better than this… I gave it two stars because the atmosphere is nice and they have patio seating.

My experience here was waaaaayyyy better than I expected it to be. I had read the previous reviews and was a little skeptical but I tried it anyway. Upon arrival, I was seated immediately despite the big crowds for the weekend traffic. My waiter was Daryl & he was AWESOME! Please ask for him when you go! I had the Strawberry Lemonade to drink which was wonderful!!! For the appetizer, I had the bacon, cheese fries which were amazing. As for my lunch plate, I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with a loaded baked potato. When I say I have not ONE complaint! Daryl made sure he checked on us regularly and we had everything we needed and also kept our drinks refreshed. The manager also checked on us too which was an added bonus. I will definitely be back!!!

Not bad at all! I read the reviews and was a little frightened by the wait times. Big tip… don’t take the entire soccer team and you will move through just fine. We were seated less than 3 minutes after checking in. Mind you, there were only two in my party.
The drinks were tasty and cheap! I had the Tito Tea and was feeling pretty good while waiting on my lunch. I also tried the chicken Alfredo and my guest had the Cajun pasta. Both were very flavorful and tasty. Would definitely try again.
Now the negative. Parking is horrible, maybe they should consider controlled parking. There were people in the parking lot ready to fight over parking. One lady actually sat down in the spot to block a handicap patron. With that being said, plenty of parking is available behind Checkers at Flooor and Décor.

I’m not sure where to begin. It was my first time going to this chain restaurant. Our server was not that attentive, because my water glass was low until the manager was called over. The other member of my party would see the young lady come towards us and then turn around. It wasn’t that crowded or anything. Our order was placed and it took so long only half of it came out. I just told the manager don’t worry about bringing out my dinner. I’ll leave AND I WAS STILL CHARGED FOR MY APPETIZER… now you guys failed and I still was charged!!! Out of courtesy and to reassure I would visit the establishment again, it should have been free. The ball was dropped in the kitchen and I’m not a fan.

Where should I start. Went to lunch at 2:30 received a table at 2:32drinks came out timely even our starter. Not crowded at all
3:45 came gone still no food two different people came to deliver drinks non alcoholic. First sending our drinks to the wrong table.
Second we only order 1 salad, 1 vegetable plate and 1 Dijon chicken with mushrooms. We don’t know what took so long. We paid for our drinks and starter and cancel the rest. Funny part is once we got up our table was cleared before we even left the building. WTH.

I honestly didn’t care for this place. I treated a very good friend of mine to this place. The service was great, however the food lacked flavor and was just too bland for me. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo entrée. I completely agree with the price of this place. I only spent $ 20 dollars even for two people! That’s definitely a steal! The vibe and aura of the restaurant was okay, but the food could use a little more flavoring.

Took 8 family members to dinner. Food is good… but i don’t understand WHY is they cant train/​hire better servers. It’s bad when the food is good but they make it a bad experience. I TOTALLY understand when they are busy, but i think he only had two tables. CHEDDARS– Please invest more in your staff… people will visit more often !!!

Cheddars never disappoints. I’ve been to like 3 and they’ve all been in different cities. I got the grilled lemon pepper chicken and also had the country fried chicken. A-​1. Our waitress was on point and made sure we had everything we needed. Great environment as well. Real relaxed and laid back.

The Food was Absolutely Delicious, & Very filling. I fell in Love Instantly! Their Drinks are good to the eye, mouth and pocket! Prices Very Reasonable. Will definitely be returning. Worst place ever!!! I understand the long wait but man can the hostess ladies stall or what. They were constantly gossiping instead of making sure tables were clear for our 30 – 45 min wait. I should have taken videos of them chilling. They really didn’t seem to care that the place was packed.
After seated I had to go to the bathroom. Wow what a mess. Urin all over the seat, paper towels and toilet paper all over the floor, water everywhere, a broken sink, and the smell. Ugh. It was gross. I held it and went at home where my bathroom IS ALWAYS clean.
Our food was good but our server only came to visit us once. She didn’t even bring us our food and the one time she checked on us we were pretty much finished eating
I will not be visiting this establishment ever again.

Absolutely worst service in my life. took over 30 minutes just to get our drinks. I ordered a appetizer of nachos and they took over 2 hours just to bring it not to mention they didn’t even bring our food together. When I received my nachos they were cold and rock hard and come to find out they had been sitting there for 40 minutes. When we send the food back and asked them to bring the food back all hot and together they still didn’t didn’t a second time. Basically we spent over 3 hours at this restaurant and then come to find out they really thought we were going to pay for that terrible service and terrible food. The only good thing about the restaurant was our amazing server Daniel. He was amazing and so attentive and he was the only thing food about that place.

12/​14/​2015 arrived via Southwest airlines, okay lets see how I should put this ordered Cheddars club ½ sandwich loaded bake potato, did not care for the taste asked for to go container, sister had potato soup and fish tacos, first bowl received was stone cold, moving right along I asked her what type of fish was it she stated what the MENU stated, I asked our server he said it was catfish, when she ordered the FISH tacos just maybe server could have let the customer no it is not the fish on the menu.
Back to me it’s always about me, not really returned home with Cheddar club bread has MOLD on it, just may call the GA food/​health department.

I really like this place. If you are looking for a family friendly restaurant with reasonable prices… this is it. I wish they would put the chicken/​waffles back on the menu. The drinks are very reasonable and the food is good. The ribs are my favorite. I will definitely return. Staff is friendly.

The weekends are crazy pack and always crowded. It is just like its’ name, a casual café. Nothing fancy or expensive. Their burgers are delicious and the wait staff very friendly. Definitely try the spinach dip.
They have a full bar as well for a laid back night.

Every single time I visit Cheddars, there’s always a smile on my face when I leave. There were 15 of us and we were seated very promptly and luckily we had an amazing waitress, Sydney, who was super friendly and patient with our group. A dining experience is always better when there’s a good customer service experience.
Cheddars has awesome food, drinks, and even better prices! I had the Cheddars Club sandwich which came with turkey, cheese, bacon, mayo, lettuce, and tomato. So good and filling. Others in my party had steak, shrimp, spinach dip, a whole plethora of goodies. Cheers to Cheddars for putting a smile on my face!
