Extremely disappointed in their business practices. I had to pay $ 25 to check my own X-​rays to take to the physical therapist. I was given a due date two was later to return X-​rays. I called to say I wouldn’t make the deadline, it was extended. This went on a few times and I was not able to return the X-​rays until a few months later. Some of us do work and can’t take the time to go out of our way to return a six yr old file. When I did return the file, my deposit was not given to me because i did not COMPLY with the return date. Dr Panday has never complied with my appt time when I spend hrs sitting in his lobby waiting on him. It is not the money, it was the way I was dismissed for expecting my deposit back. Oh, and of course I had already turned over the X-​rays and they did not return them to me. And for that pleasure I spent a half hour in the office. I will most certainly not rerun to dr Panday and will ensure friends and family do not give him their business.
