I went last weekend for the first time and was so impressed by the customer service. they have an EXCELLENT selection of denim in both the women’s and men’s department. They sell handbags, shoes, furs, jewelry, and lots more. It is sort of like a mini department store. They also will hem anything you buy for free while you wait. How nice is that!!!

This place is so hit or miss! Half the time I go in here, they treat me like a common criminal. They follow you around like vultures as if you’re about to steal something and run. Being young does not mean that I cannot afford the things in your store! The other half of the time(I’m guessing at the end of each month when commission is getting important) the salespeople are falling over each other trying to get you to buy something. I understand that commission jobs don’t have a great base salary, but I just cannot shop comfortably with you breathing down my neck – no matter how helpful you’re trying to be! That being said, they have a lot of brand name things everywhere. At times, I feel like some are questionable items(I definitely saw some shoes in the sale rack that did not look to be authentic, but I’m not one to take that risk at that cost) but in general it looks on the level. They are an authorized MontBlanc dealer, though their selection is pretty minimal. They carry major purse brands(though they focused mostly on Juicy Couture) and have plenty of shoes to look at. The men’s section is pretty extensive and would be a great place to get a suit. I love the make-up section with all the diversity in brands. In the end, I never have a comfortable shopping experience there. Either I feel like I’m being profiled or I feel guilty because some poor, old lady won’t get my commission because I’m rushing to get away from her horrible sales tactic. If you’re a name brands whore, these two things would be easy to overlook and get your fix.
