I booked it and was upgraded FREE because my type of car wasn’t available. That was very nice. I don’t know if it had anything to do with the day prior to Thanksgiving or the unexpected upgrade, but the car wasn’t cleaned out. There was an empty can of a power drink & it wasn’t vacuumed. Lots of long strands of hair all over the place. The dirty car killed it for me. Although the car ran GREAT. I returned the car, it was billed to my credit card and off I went.

Gave my reservation number. Got the keys from the rental desk and strolled over to the lot. Black Dodge Charger. Full tank of gasoline. ¡Me gusta!
Returned the car at the airport. Gave the keys back. Direct bill to the company. Walked away.
