This business should really consider taking the word «Friendly» out of their ads if they are going to keep the grumpy older man who does the big copies in the back. I always had wonderful service when I would order at the counter, but as of late they have sent me to the back to deal with him. Probably none of the other employees want to deal with him either. I don’t like his «I’m doing you a favor by letting you shop here» attitude. His lack of urgency is annoying. I guess it’s the FedEx copy center for me from now on.

Very good service. You are greeted as you walk in and directed to a staff member who was promptly available to help me.
The service here is enough to win me over the national chains.
